On September 7th, 2018, the Hangzhou Division of the Zhejiang University Alumni Entrepreneurship Competition's intelligent technology sub-competition was successfully held. Hangzhou Dao Huo Zhe Technology's machine vision intelligent detection project won third prize.

The competition was hosted by Zhejiang University Future Capital and supported by Zhejiang Merchants Capital, Zijingang Capital, Zhejiang University Netcom, Science and Technology Development Capital, G5 Innovation Investment, Qiusi Capital, and Jinshajiang Venture Capital. The event ended successfully.

For this intelligent technology sub-competition, Professor Guoqing Yang from the ESE Engineering Center at Zhejiang University was invited as the keynote speaker. Professor Yang is a recipient of the National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, the Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress First Prize, and the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress First Prize. He is an expert in unmanned driving and the inventor of the intelligent carrot harvester. He shared with the attendees the current status, trends, and key technologies of unmanned driving in an easy-to-understand manner, and the participants benefited greatly.

Qu Yonghui, Deputy Director of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City Investment Promotion Bureau, introduced the policy benefits of innovation and entrepreneurship and provided an overview of the Future Science and Technology City. He also welcomed entrepreneurial projects from all over the country to settle in Yuhang.

There were 6 projects and presenters participating in the roadshow of this competition, including FPGA acceleration card project - founder and CEO of Fisage Technology, Wang Wenhua, high-performance automotive fuel cell engine project - Chairman and General Manager of Hydrogen Journey Technology, Zhou Hongbo, dual-mode spectrometer project - Rogue Technology, machine vision intelligent inspection project - Partner of Chixiao Technology, Han Yajun, internet intelligent teaching platform - Partner of Era Cloud, Gong Chen, and brand clothing flexible intelligent manufacturing integrated solution - founder of Mai Technology, Lv Yonggui. Chixiao Technology, Hydrogen Journey Technology, and Rogue Technology won first, second, and third prizes respectively. Professor Yang Guoqing, Secretary-General Ge Wei of Hangzhou Zhejiang University Alumni Association, and General Manager Chen Jun presented the awards to the winners.
